Our Story
CareRatio Suite started when our founders — a former daycare director and a software engineer with young children in care — realized the childcare industry was decades behind other sectors in operational technology.
Directors were tracking staff-to-child ratios on whiteboards. Parents were signing paper logs with no verification. Billing was a monthly headache of manual invoices and lost subsidy documentation. And licensing inspections felt like a fire drill every single time.
We set out to build the platform we wished existed — one that unifies attendance, compliance, communication, and billing into a single, intuitive dashboard. Today, CareRatio Suite serves hundreds of childcare centers across the country, and we are just getting started.
